    Description

    This Georgian Hair locket brooch is in fine wearable condition. It is mostly original, except for the finding which is a later Victorian era replacement.
    The gold fill is almost entirely gone from the back.
    The garnets are in excellent condition. The garnets have good color and high translucency, you can see the foiling through the stones. The locket portion contains partially braided hair, under a piece of glass. The brooch measures 1" x .75"
